Dewayne Butterfield was appointed the Director of Operations in April of 2023 after serving as Director of Special Projects for PACL. Prior to being appointed to a Director position, Dewayne held the position of Project Superintendent/Manager for PACL/Lonona Contracting for 8 years in the Athabasca region. Dewayne’s construction and management experience extends through a span of four decades, with almost all that time being spent on northern projects, 20 of those years in the Athabasca Basin Region. Along the way, Dewayne has earned many different certifications including NCSO (National Certified Safety Officer) and has also completed numerous PMI {Project Management}, supervisory and leadership programs.
