Lyle Bouvier was appointed President and CEO of Points Athabasca in March 2022 after serving as the company’s Vice President Corporate Services for 6 years. Lyle earned his Law Degree for the University of Manitoba in 1996 and practised law in both the public and private sectors, serving as Federal Crown Counsel for 13 years before transitioning into private practice. Specializing in Aboriginal Law, Lyle has done extensive work in taxation and corporate law. In addition to his legal work, Lyle has worked as an executive level at the VP Corporate Affairs with an Indigenous investment corporation, has managed a successful oil services company, and sits on many boards and tribunals including the Canadian Counsel for Aboriginal Business and Canada Health Infoway.
