This position is located in a fly-in camp setting in Northern Saskatchewan. 2/2 schedule.

Qualifications:

1. Journeyman Ticket Inter-Provincial Trade Certification or alternatively, a technical diploma and extensive field supervision experience;

2. 5+ years of industrial construction experience, 5+ years in construction leadership role;

3. Current First Aid Certification & Leadership for Safety Excellence training would be considered an asset. Training will be provided as required.

4. Computer literate and familiarity with Microsoft applications. Ability to learn new software is essential.

Applicants must bring the following experience:

– ability to interpret blueprints;

– problem-solving, field measurements and estimating materials and execution time;

– supervision of multi-disciplinary tradespeople;

– knowledge and enforcement of construction law, building codes and industry specifications;

– maintaining strong relationship with clients, subcontractors and field crew to ensure high service standards and successful outcomes;

– collaborate, coordinate, guide and support field teams;

– manage costs, efficiency and overall project success, planning and scheduling workload.
